I am excited to be a part of your decision to take control of your life and stop smoking. My goal is is to reinforce your decision by giving you more information and to prepare you for a successful Stop-Smoking session. Smoking can be tough habit for some to break because most techniques for stopping involve addressing the habit itself but not the cause. When you see yourself as a non-smoker rather than a person who quit it is much easier to stop smoking forever.

What You Must Contribute to Succeed

The vast majority of people that I have worked with or met who used hypnosis to stop smoking were successful and happy with their experience. On rare occasions I meet someone who says that they tried hypnosis and they reported that it did not work for them. What I have learned from talking with people who did not succeed is that they did not meet one of the requirements for change. You WILL be successful if you can say “YES” to the following questions:

  • Is it REALLY important to you to stop smoking?
  • Are you able to understand me?
  • Are you willing to experience hypnosis?
  • Are you willing to follow instructions that I give you during the hypnosis session?
  • Are you willing to use your intelligence, imagination, and concentration during the session?
  • Are you committed enough to change to pay for the session?

THAT’S IT! If you want to change, are willing to change, can understand me, and are willing and able to follow instructions then you will become the kind of person that can become a non-smoker.

What To Expect

  • You should plan to devote 90 minutes to the first session.
  • The first part of the session will be a discussion to learn about you, explain how hypnosis works, and answer your questions.
  • Payment will be required before we begin the session. Your investment is part of your commitment to change.
  • You will be in control of yourself at all times. Your cooperation in following instructions is vital to our success.

The most important thing that you will learn is that you are there are reasons that you have chosen to smoke and that you can change your mind about them. Getting control of this area of your life will give you confidence in everything that you do.
