Getting rid of habits and behaviors that control your life with hypnosis

Do you do things that you don’t want to do anymore? You know what you would like to do but can’t seem to change?

I am excited to be a part of your decision to take control of your life by learning to control your habits and behaviors. Whether your problem is compulsive shopping, cleaning, gambling, video games, or another normal activity that seems to have gone out of control, hypnosis can help! The purpose of this information sheet is to reinforce your decision by giving you more information and to prepare you for a successful hypnosis session. I am a certified hypnotist and a behaviors coach but I am not a medical professional. If you are seeing a medical professional for the treatment of these behaviors then hypnosis can help but I must have a referral from your medical professional before we can work together. The Benefits of Using Hypnosis to Control Behaviors

What You Must Contribute to Succeed

The vast majority of people that I have worked with or met who used hypnosis to change their behavior were successful and happy with their experience. On rare occasions I meet someone who says that they tried hypnosis to and it did not work for them. What I have learned from talking with people who did not succeed is that they did not meet one of the requirements for change. You WILL be successful if you can say “YES” to the following questions:

  • Do you have a real motivation to change?
  • Are you able to understand me?
  • Are you willing to experience hypnosis?
  • Are you willing to follow instructions that I give you during the hypnosis session?
  • Are you willing to use your intelligence, imagination, and concentration during the session?
  • Are you committed enough to change to pay for the session?

THAT’S IT! If you want to change, are willing to change, can understand me, and are willing and able to follow instructions then you will learn to control or eliminate your fear in a way that is appropriate for you.

What To Expect

  • You should plan to devote 90 minutes to the first session.
  • The first part of the session will be a discussion to learn about you, explain how hypnosis works, and answer your questions.
  • Payment will be required before we begin the session. Your investment is part of your commitment to change.
  • You will be in control of yourself at all times. Your cooperation in following instructions is vital to our success.
