Clients are seen by appointment only to ensure that I am properly prepared to work with you. I offer appointments from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. I also offer appointments on evenings and Saturday on a limited basis. You may make an appointment either by calling the appointment line at 727-493-2177 or scheduling your own appointment online. The online appointment scheduler is an excellent way to schedule evening or Saturday appointments.

I will not be accepting appointments from November 20 through December 4th.  If you would like me to refer you to a hypnotist during that period please send me an email (jim@catalystclinic.com) that tells me the area that you would like help with and I will be happy to refer you to another qualified hypnotist.

You may cancel an appointment up to two hours prior to the appointment. If you do not cancel with adequate notice or do not arrive for your appointment I may require a deposit from you before accepting another appointment from you.
